Our Design for this three Story Office Building opens up the Building's Interior Spaces to the surrounding environment, in an effort to enhance the wellness quality of the interior workplace. The Building is designed in the form of a large Window Frame opening the interior to the exterior and framing views in two directions the Mountains and the Pacific Ocean. By placing emphasis on transparency, a workplace environment that privileges communications and synergy is suggested. Our design attempts to celebrate the Santa Monica Sunset. At the Northwest corner of the building, a balcony is framed to suggest a 'picture window' to capture the Sunset Views.
